I posted this as a comment in a journal. I'm putting it in here to be 'seen':
It is always the same people who are involved in the dramatic antics around here. And since those tend to be a majority of the ones that are active on here, mostly because people got sick of it and left, it makes it less enjoyable.
Vampire Rave is not the problem. What is the problem is some of those who inhabit VR. This website does not tell people how to conduct themselves, how to keep their mouth shut (or not), or how to act like they've got some damn sense. People need to do that, not a website site.
I've gotten to be the same way with not caring how people feel about me here. What I am is part of a great Administrative team that Cancer has put together. I enjoy the website, not most of the members actions, lies or their disillusionments. I am here to be a part of that team and keep this place running as smoothly as we can.
It has gotten to the point where I would rather be looked at as a cold hearted, stuck up admin bitch than a friend on here. That way the crap that goes down doesn't happen to get on my shoes.
So let me put it this way....
I'm sick of a lot of the b.s. that goes on. I am sick of seeing numerous liars, lies and crappy people that hold onto this place like some kind of shrine to parade their drama and lies around.
And before you make decide to leave a comment make damn sure you aren't one of these people, because I am also damn sick of seeing these people go into journals and agreeing when they are being the biggest drama makers around.

I admit that I creep through journals and read a lot of cray-cray stuff, and may even comment. Not knowing who the hell everyone else is bitchin' about...lol
And with that, I'd hate to have your job here, for the most part. You have to have the patience of Job.

I like how you are straight to the point, but sometimes it has to come down to it, and you cant be all friendly friendly. Your right, a website isnt created to tell people how to behave, it has its rules but its up to the user how the morally act to one another. Keep your head up and stick to your guns!

Friends on site- can list under ten, not even need all my fingers. Take away those I have meet in person... less then four I would call friends.
How can you be someones friend when they only talk to you once in six months, when they want something? Or you to do something about someone else, because they 'know' you.

And it isn't an Admin thing for me- I wasn't super nice and chatty even before then. lol
